Charlie De La Paz is a proud native Nevadan who has spent her entire life dedicated to making a difference in her community. As a mother of four, Charlie's passion for advocacy was sparked at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. Her journey in politics began in high school when she started working on campaigns, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to public service and activism. When her children entered school, Charlie turned her focus to education, striving to improve the system for all Nevada families. In 2014, she co-founded a parental rights organization, and just a year later, she took her advocacy to the next level by representing the organization as a lobbyist during the 2015 legislative session and each subsequent session thereafter. In 2018, Charlie expanded her professional repertoire by launching Sure Do Social, a digital media marketing business. Balancing entrepreneurship with her passion for advocacy, she continued lobbying during Nevada's legislative sessions. Her expertise and dedication culminated in 2024 when she merged Sure Do Social with 3C-House, a full-service lobbying, public relations, and business development firm based in Carson City. As the Managing Partner of 3C-House, Charlie is committed to driving positive change and fostering growth throughout Nevada. Beyond her professional endeavors, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, volunteering, and consulting with non-profit organizations and small businesses across the state. Her deep roots in Nevada and unwavering dedication to her community fuel her vision for a brighter future. Charlie is excited to continue her work in government affairs and business development, leveraging her unique skills and experiences to make a lasting impact on the Silver State.
