NNA Members: Join Us in Supporting the Fight for Lung Health at Scale the Strat

The Nevada Nurses Association (NNA) is proud to support Scale the Strat, Southern Nevada’s signature Fight For Air Climb, benefiting the American Lung Association.

Scale the Strat challenges participants to climb the iconic STRAT tower while raising critical funds to support lung health research, education, and advocacy for individuals and families living with lung disease.

As nurses, we see firsthand what it means for individuals and families to struggle for breath. From asthma and COPD to lung cancer, post-COVID respiratory complications, and environmental and occupational health impacts, lung disease affects millions—and nurses are often at the forefront of care, prevention, and patient advocacy.

Through our participation in Scale the Strat, NNA nurses are stepping beyond the bedside to lead public health advocacy in action—raising awareness, supporting research, and standing with those who fight for every breath.

How Members Can Support

All NNA members are encouraged to participate by:

• Donating to support lung health research, education, and advocacy
• Sponsoring a nurse climber in honor of a patient, loved one, or colleague
• Sharing our fundraising page to help amplify awareness statewide
