Overview
This document will explain why civility is necessary in a healthcare environment that fosters kindness, collaboration, respect, and an improved work-life balance for healthcare workers; recognize how nurse leaders have the unique opportunity to foster a culture of civility in their teams and environments.
You will need to pass the CEU posttest with 75% or higher to receive credit.
